RockWorks contains many programs which read spatial data from the row-and-column Datasheet and output maps, animations, and images to Google Earth. These programs can be found in the following menus:
- Utilities | Earth: Create point, line, polyline, polygon, and survey maps for display in Google Earth. Here's an example of a lease map:

- Utilities | Planes: Create strike and dip maps with map symbols or oriented disks for display in Google Earth. Here's an example of a 2D strike and dip map:

- Graphics | Animate: Create flyovers, drape, and float animations for Google Earth.

- Graphics | Images: Display raster images in Google Earth as floating panels, vertical panels, draped over surfaces, and as legends.

There are also Google Earth programs in the Borehole Operations menus for outputting logs, maps, sections to Google Earth. These are discussed in a separate section of the tutorial.
